The new equipment launching – Personal coordinate-measuring machine FARO GAGE.

The progress doesn’t stand still and to achieve high performance we need to keep pace with time. We are not accustomed to dwell on the progress and always aspire to development constantly improving technological level of equipment.

Our new equipment is personal coordinate-measuring machine FARO GAGE.

FARO GAGE series is personal coordinate-measuring machine with accuracy of measurement repeatability up to 0.018 mm. This equipment can replace a large range of standard measuring tools by improving the quality and efficiency of production.

This measuring tool includes a powerful programming module ( with creation of measuring script) and a rendering module  for this script.

Equipment has a high accuracy and allows you to control standard geometric elements (planes, lines, circles, cylinders and etc.) and analyze the linear-angular dimensions.

The operating range of the FARO GAGE measuring machine is 1.2 m. It is perfect for the small parts, template gages and assembling components measurement;

Thermal sensors and angular position sensors located in each “elbow” allow you to achieve maximum accuracy of measurements;

The system of internal balance provides convenient use of FARO-GAGE coordinate-measuring machine;

Versatile mounting Quick Mount allows you to quickly,  easily and securely mount FARO machine on a flat surface;

High accuracy;

Possibility of the installation of the FARO GAGE measuring arm on any place, for example, on the saddle of the machining center;

Automatic recording of all user-defined measurements and creating of detailed graphics or text reports.
